What is the minimum order for a custom designed gift?
Custom Designed Gifts By George will work with our customers to design custom quality gifts in whatever quantity deemed necessary.
If I place an order, how will my baskets be delivered?
Our preferred carrier is UPS. Depending on the shipping preference you require our standard delivery should get your package to its destination within 6 business days unless you request other options available. Our company will also hand deliver your gift in the Houston Metropolitan area.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipment at no extra cost to you.
Can I send a personalized message with my gift?
Yes, we think your message is the most important part of the gift. Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form.
Why do you need my recipient’s phone number?
Our delivery services require it, and we like to confirm the arrival time and condition of the package.
What forms of payment does Chocolate Chips by George accept?
We accept money orders and personal checks. We no longer accept credit cards.
How long does it take to establish credit with your company?
It usually takes 5 – 7 business days for credit approval.
How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within a few days, but if that is not possible feel free to freeze what you cannot eat and thaw completely before consumption.
